At Coremet, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancel Before Shipping
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item after receiving it, you may be eligible for a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- Your reason for cancellation (optional)
Refund Processing
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
